Returns: We accept returns for unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Perishable items (ghee, cold-pressed oils) are eligible for replacement if there is a quality issue — please contact support with photos and order details.

Oils: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening for best freshness. Refrigeration not required for most cold-pressed oils; if product label advises, refrigerate.

Ghee: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature. Use a clean, dry spoon to avoid contamination. Shelf life: refer to pack date on the jar.
